How will this reform benefit the care workforce?
The past 18 months since the Covid-19 Pandemic has heightened the recognition of the invaluable role that Social Care Workers play in supporting people in their own homes and in communities. There is now a clear rationale for appreciation and value for the dedication of care workers and the vital role care workers continue to play in promoting dignity and enabling the independence of people they continue to support.
As Jessamy Platinum Homecare aims to grow, retain carefully and professionally trained social care workers, we are hopeful that with this new reform, we can continue to inspire careers in Social Care, contribute to building a workforce of people with the right skills and values to deliver high quality and personalised care.
Our long-term vision is to offer a rewarding social care career with opportunities to develop and progress, to support and prioritise the wellbeing of our care workers. In turn, we will continue to deliver unparalleled high quality care.
